2025 T-BALL TEAM SPONSORS

WHAT TO EXPECT
Season: May 19 to July 23

Choose Monday’s or Wednesday’s

Time – 6:30pm to 7:30pm

Where – Thurlow Fields Diamonds  (551 Harmony Rd Belleville Ontario K0K 1V0)

Cost – $150.00 for early bird / $175.00 for late registration / $300.00 to do both days each week
(Early Bird ends 11:59:59pm On Friday February 28th and fees must be paid by then to receive discount regardless of when the registration was submitted)

***Your players spot is not secured until payment is made and we will consider  your registration “withdrawn” if not paid by the closing of registration which is 11:59:59pm on Saturday April 26, 2025

NEED TO HAVE
> Baseball glove
> Closed toed shoes (no Crocs)
> Comfortable pants (no shorts)
> Jock or Jill
> Helmet with a chin strap

Optional:
> Cleats (soft bottom…not metal)
> Baseball pants
> Bat

WHAT YOU GET
> 10 Weeks of exciting baseball (always weather permitted of course for safety)
> Jersey to keep
> Hat to keep
> Use of equipment
> Skill development
> Team/Individual combined photo (must be present on photo day)
> Prize from the Prize Patrol (one will be set aside for you if you can’t make it that night
> Medal for participation on the final night
> A treat on the final night to celebrate the season with your team
> Ballot into a draw to win your next season free (1 prize per division)

PARENT AND PLAYER EXPECTATIONS
> To ensure the player is properly prepared for the game
> To ensure the player is appropriately participating
> To ensure respect for everyone, especially the coaches who have volunteered their time

Note: Please consider volunteering as a coach or Assistant helper as these are crucial for us to run.
You will be provided with guidance and support throughout the season
